No, it should be 'come there'. But it seems it is ambiguous so it is better to say 'get there'.

Bildiğim kadarıyla, '-de kalmak'ın İngilizcesi 'stay at' ve 'stay with'. Eğer bir mekandan bahsediyorsak 'stay at' -bazı durumlarda 'stay in' de olabilir, insanlardan bahsediyorsak 'stay with' kullanmalıyız.

"To stay at my friend" is better because it is at my friend's house that my father don't allow - and not to spend time with my friend. This is the meaning I understand.

Ya "I will stay at Bilge's house" ya da "I will stay with Bilge" olur.

Ama burada "arkadaşımda kalmak" diyor, "arkadaşımın evinde kalmak" demiyor. İkisi de aynı şey ama ikisinin de birebir karşılığı var İngilizce'de o yüzden "stay at my friend's house' demeye gerek yok.

Not: 'Kalmak' bir yerde kısa süreliğine bulunmak anlamına gelir. Yani kirada kalırsın, otelde kalırsın, arkadaşında kalırsın ama kendi evinde kalamazsın çünkü orası senindir.

Bence uzmana sormaya gerek yok. Sözlükten yararlanabiliriz.
