In the last few years, the health sector has been going through a significant change.
Health service providers must attach importance to quality of service and patient satisfaction in order to survive, make a profit and compete.
Consequently, people who are pleased with the health serviceâ€™s presentation will tend to go to the same provider again in case of need.
This study deals with measurement of quality and patient satisfaction in health services.
