In the last few years, the health sector has been going through a significant change.
Health service providers must attach importance to quality of service and patient satisfaction in order to survive, make a profit and compete.
Consequently, people who are pleased with the health service’s presentation will tend to go to the same provider again in case of need.
This study deals with measurement of quality and patient satisfaction in health services.
