This is not good English. You did well in the other translations so I am inclined to think this one you did when you were tired. Here are the bad parts:

" according to me" Do you mean concerning me? Or to my attention. This last line is totally not understandable in the context of the paragraph.

hmm that bad part is pretty much the whole translation then.
i guess i stuck to much to the original word for word.
I'll correct it later because now i'm even more tired, perhaps by then some good Samaritan will have done it.

about the last line like i said in the remarks i don't understand it in the original either. As far as i can tell it does not mean "concerning me" or "to my attention" though that would make more sense

"bana göre" has a typo, it should be "buna göre"=in respect to this,

so the second part should be:

"in respect to this, we await your mail to our @mail address... regarding whether there are any items you would like to add"
