Yes it is indeed. I'm not sure I get the "Cyrillic" part though. Do you mean Greek characters? If so they are not Cyrillic you know

If you do mean Greek it's the following:

"Επίσης έχεις τελειώσει γιατί είσαι γαϊδούρι, όπως όλες σας"
