In jedem Fall sind die Pflegehinweise im Textil maßgebend.
Zusätzlich sollten folgende Waschhinweise eingehalten werden:
mit Flock bedruckte Textilien sind bis 60°C waschbar
mit Flex bedruckte Textilien sind bis 60°C waschbar
mit Effektfolien bedruckte Textilien sind bis 30°C waschbar.
Veredelte Textilien bitte immer auf links bügeln und keine Weichspüler oder sodahaltige Waschmittel einsetzen. Textilien nicht im Trockner trocknen. So erreichen Sie eine längere Lebensdauer der Textilien und des Aufdrucks. | | Bei Flock und Flex ist mir nicht bekannt ob es besondere englische Ausdrücke gibt. Es handelt sich hierbei um das Bedrucken von Textilien.

Care Instructions
For textiles, care instructions are always very decisive. Additionally the following washing instructions should be followed:
*Flock printed textiles are washable up to 60°C
*Flex printed textiles are washable up to 60°C
*Foil effect printed textiles are washable up to 30°C.

What happened to the first word of the text - "Pflegehinweis"? I imagine that it is the same word as the title?
Can you tell me what is written in the comments under the original text, and also your own comments about your translation? I'm afraid that I can't really manage German 
I think you should put the word "textiles" rather than "materials" which can be ambiguous in English, I have edited this and one or two minor errors.
I'm not sure what you mean by "In every case, care instructions are definitive in textiles." Can you explain?

Pflegehinweis does means care instructions- as you thought.
Thanks for the corrections and by "in every case, care instructions are definitive in textiles" i mean more "In textiles, care instructions are always very specific".
The remark underneath is just confirming the comment that 'paycheck' made saying that i also don't think there are exact translations of 'flock' or 'flex' so i just left them as they are.
