Tom decided to go surfing. In a good mood, he began swimming. However, the wind suddenly became stronger, and the waves became bigger. Tom paid no attention to that and kept on enjoying his swim. The increased waves didn't let Tom stay on his surfboard. So Tom fell and hurt his leg on the seabed, scattered with corals. Unable to swim to shore, Tom was left floating in the sea, but luckily, the waves took him to the shore. Tom understood that when the wind strengthens it is best to swim to shore. |

I don't mind the points, but I wouldn't like to hurt anyone. | | | 14 Abril 2008 15:14 | | | Hi ollka
I wouldn't like to reject this fine work of yours, so that's what I'm going to do:
I'll set a poll this time and this one will certainly be accepted. I'm sure you understand now that this kind of text sometimes is translated before and admin notices and removes it. When that happens we should reject the translation. For avoiding this disgusting action we ask the users to call for an admin before doing the translation. The same when you see requests of names, single words, ununderstandable source, switched flags, etc
Please next time call us, OK? | | | 14 Abril 2008 15:32 | | | Hi Girls
I agree with Kafetzou here that, whilst it does seem to be homework, ollka has created a beautiful piece of text.
I think we should validate the translation, so as ollka can receive her points.
We should also send a message to greta* telling her that we don't do homework for lazy pupils.
ollka,
If you think a text you read might be homework, think about checking the age of the requestor (for someone who's my age it would be unlikely that it's homework, but for someone between 12 and 20 years old, there is more of a probability). Greta* is 16 so ...
If the age of the requestor creates any doubt about a text, use the "I want an admin to check this page" button, to let us know and we will delete the request. As requests can only be deleted if they have not yet been translated, don't do the translation as, in the future, we would have to reject it.
