I tried to keep a casual spoken tone considering cjcjmkx7's translation as well as the comments below the English version. I didn't take the original Japanese text into account, but maybe someone capable of reading Japanese and with Polish as a first language could give some feedback regarding my translation.

I would translate it: Czy to miejsce pracy jest na pół etatu, dziewczyno? (sth like: Is this a part time job, girl?), even if there isn't any inversion in it. I'm not sure if the English version is ok here...
From the other hand IAN said (under the English translation), that the sentence is "about whether a certain girl/woman is working part-time here.", so I can't be sure what is true.

Poza tym szczerze zastanawiam się nad stylem pierwszego zdania, ponieważ "zabrać kogoś na jedzenie" brzmi trochę dziwnie. Raczej tak się nie mówi... Może coś w stylu: "Zabrałem załogę na przekąskę/posiłek", ale może ktoś inny będzie miał lepszy pomysł...

All of these dont make any sense in english so how on earth could anybody translate it?
The meaning is very unclear and it looks like even the author has no idea what he's talking about

The initial translation from cjcjmkx7, which is saved as the English version of the Japanese text, is indeed pretty hard to understand at all.
