On Tue, 3rd of Tamuz, 5767 (19.6.07) in the morning, a thief was wandering the corridors and rooms of the Council and sophisticatedly stole a wallet from one of the visitors, who came to get service.
Police are hunting him, but nevertheless we are approaching you, firstly - in order to warn you, and secondly - if you can identify the thief in the photos attached, please get in touch with the Security Centre.
We ask you to distribute this to as many people as possible.
