Laut den neuen Bestimmungen des Fernabsatzgesetzes wäre ich verpflichtet 2 Jahre Garantie und 14 Tägiges Rückgaberecht auf den Artikel zu geben, es sei denn, ich schließe dies ausdrücklich aus. Da es sich hierbei um einen Privatverkauf handelt, muß ich dies leider ausdrücklich ausschließen!! Also ohne Garantie und ohne Rückgaberecht!! Die ebay-Gebühr wird vom mir als Anbieter übernommen. Nach Eingang des Geldes geht der Artikel sofort per Post an die Empfängeradresse |

According to the new regulation/ordinance of the Distance Selling Act I would be obligated to give 2 years of guarantee and the right of return for 14 days for the article unless, I exclude it explicit. As it is a private sale sadly I have to exclude it explicit!! So without guarantee and right of return!! The ebay fees are carried by me as a supplier. Então, Oceom, se ainda quiseres realizar a tradução com a ponte que o italo07 deu, podes. Uma vez a tradução feita irei avaliá-la com gosto.
