I don't agree. Cause there are some words that change the meaning with accents.

Then, must to be:
"tenho a certeza que está a jogar numa roda lá no céu"

then, Besouro´s saying he's sure that someone is playing in a circle (roda) there in the sky.

"I'm sure that you are playing in a circle there in the sky"

I guess that the intended recipient is playing that thing in heaven rather than in the sky, as "céu" works for both heaven and sky.
