A perfect translation of the French text, but not, alas, of the German original.
hab' dich ganz fürchterlich lieb = je t'aime énormément = I love you enormously.
In Portuguese I would suggest "Amo-te imenso" or similar.

I don't understand...
"hab' dich ganz fürchterlich lieb?" means "I love you enormously"?
I don't think so

I'm sorry, but *lieb haben* definitely means to love/aimer/amar and nothing else. Most certainly not faire peur/meter medo.
The literal sense of *fürchterlich* is dreadful/terrible/medonho but it has a figurative sense tremendous/énorme/imenso and in conjunction with lieb haben/to love this translation is mandatory.
Please check your dictionaries.

I did the translation based on the french one, if you're right about that, the translation is wrong and the spanish one too.

The French version was edited. Could you please adapt this one, Sweetie?
You should reset the poll, I think.

Nothing wrong with YOUR translation, it is the French text that doesn't accurately render the German original. We see here in a nutshell what I would like to call the problem of second-line translations. You have submitted a translation which is excellent in its own right yet the person who posted the original request isn't getting his due.
I have seen similar mistakes being made before. I am not long enough on cucumis to know how this should be handled. I think you should clearly state that you have translated the French text and perhaps there is a way to seek a second opinion from an Expert who is both a native speaker of German and specialised in French/Portuguese/Spanish/English. Cumprimentos.

Let's say it isn't that easy to edit with the right one, as I did (and recently edited again after having read Salvo's(italo07) suggestion here . I hope everything is fine now.

"Certamente meti-te muito medo, não querida" is the wrong translation, have a look to the other translations.

Hi Sweetie,

This translation took too long so I guess it's time to be validated. I'll do it OK?
