	IanMegill2 Number of messages: 1671	"Shift" seems to mean "move" (transfer) here, as in "moving a part of the map to another area" but I don't know why you would ever want to do this... Furthermore, the text wasn't written by a native speaker of English, so this complicates my understanding of it. If there were more context here (e.g. why would you want to "shift" a part of the map?), it might be easier to understand...
