Incidente automobilistico in Romania

Remarks about the translation
Hi, this is an article of a terrible car accident that involved the family of my girlfriend while she was in holiday in Italy with me. I have not enough points to ask you the complete traduction so i post only a part of it.
If someone is so kind to help me with the rest of the article, it can be found here.

A fraction of a second - it was enough for a drunk driver to send a man to the grave and to severely injure another 4 persons. He has just one fractured toe and he doesn't need hospitalization. The tragedy happened a few minutes before midnight between Friday and Saturday, at Margineni. Gheorghe Simion, age 56, a doctor at the Romanian Information Services Hospital in Bucharest, was driving an Espero DAEWOO auto and he was heading home, with his wife and his two kids.

Could you please proofread your translation and edit for errors?

[I wrote the above sentence quite a while ago. I got tired of waiting and fixed the English errors myself, but I don't know Rumanian.]

"a trimite un om in mormant" should not be translated literally - the ad litteram translation means nothing in English.

Where is that phrase, and how should it be translated? I can only find "in mormint un om". And there isn't anything in the current (edited) English version that is meaningless, so I'm really confused now.
