"hazliu" or "haios" means "funny". I said that because the original is written in this form " Mei habibi, blin de bani fac la tine din blasa mea !" and should be "Măi habibi, te fac plin de bani din plasa mea !" = "Hey you habibi (darling), I'll make you rich with the money I have in my bag (money from my bag) or smth alike).(the "p" is replaced with "b" and it sounds very funny in Romanian). It's written in a poor Romanian (grammatical errors). The text is somehow a "parody"(i think it's an article from a newspaper)- it's a bit acid(ironic), but it doesn't intend to do any harm to the Arabian nation

Fraza aceasta e poate cea mai haioasa - "Mei habibi, blin de bani fac la tine din blasa mea"

"Mei" poate fi "măi!"
Habibi - iubita (-ule)
dar "blin" - dacă e o greseala poate fi "plin", sau daca moldovanul a scris - poate fi o interjectie ca "vai".

Sper sa fie de folos.

Difficult to translate, Freya made some good obsevations there. If it is translated into English looses the irony. That is actually why I have not dared to try to do a translation.
