We agree very much to it and we are already really looking forward to the social gatherings, the excursions and the time with you in Chico. You could reserve a double-room for us for which we will pay ourselves. You do not have to reserve something special for us, just what you would reserve for yourself.

In our minds we are already packing our suitcases. What kind of clothes would be suitable?
Is there still something we should see about? Is there something special we can bring with us? Do you have a special desire? What can we do for you?

I'd just suggest a few correction in style in order to sound better in English. we are already looking very much forward ---> we are really looking forward what you would have reserved for yourself ---> what you would reserve for yourself travelling bags ---> suitcases (however that is not necessary since "packing" include the suitcases) pay attention to ---> see about/after Tell me what you think.

	Minny Αριθμός μηνυμάτων: 271	Hi Lilian Canale, 1st line: OK but somehow "already" =(schon)should be mentioned. I used the words "travelling bags" because I was afraid that "suitcases" were too british but I do not really know - so I leave it to you. Otherwise I agree with you. Thanks a lot!
