Ok, so this is a kind of liturgy of Jewish-Yemenite origin. The text in the request is actually only the first 2 lines from it, and there are 7 verses altogether, in Hebrew and Arabic.
A part of the original text is missing from the first verse, and I have added it in brackets.
The text has many repetitions. This is what it means:
First verse [minus the repeats]:
