the French text isn't very good, but it means :
"a good afternoon with you"
It seems something is missing in this sentence, may be we should edit as :
sizinle iyi bir günler...

I see! then the detans' example is excellent:
'Sizinle güzel bir öğleden sonra geçirdim!' or 'Sizinle güzel bir gün geçirdim!'= we can express it only in this way.
and if, the 1st sentence is in present tense, it should be 'Cindy, sensiz ne yaparım?' (the 1st one is singular, and the 2nd one is plural, and that's becouse of the missing part,right?)

Sans toi: "sensiz" olarak çevrilmeli.... belki "sen olmasaydın" diye çevrilebilir ama tam karşılığı "sensiz"
