15. In the meetings called by the European Council, in which the rights of European minorities are most likely to be on the agenda, minority rights are dealt with. The efforts being made on behalf of the rights and benefits due to the Turkish population of Western Thrace must be given priority. Efforts must be made to ensure that our population's voice is heard by participating in the European Council's meetings in order for it to have a place on the agenda.
16. By continuing to participate in the meetings concerned with minority and human rights, organized by the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), as we have done up to now, the rightful claims of our population must be brought to the table.
