or
What the person is asking is whether the other person liked his picture?

if it is about missing we say generally "where did you find....?
it is about if the other person liked his/her picture.
I suppose " Did you like my picture?" can be better.

OK then the best way to ask that is:
"How did you like my picture?"
or
"What did you think about my picture?"
