	kafetzou चिठ्ठीको सङ्ख्या: 7963	I asked for outside tech help on this one. The stylus here refers to the metal "pen" that comes with most PDAs (personal digital assistants). They ask you to pull it out so you can use it to press the reset button. A hard reset is a more major reset than a regular reset, which would be achieved by just hitting the reset button.
