This text could be a joke as I do not understand the complete reason to write this phrase...

It is a rude phrase, it could though be a dialectal spelling of 'rev' ("fox" but I'm very doubtful, It is no other signs on dialect.

'Ræva' is 98% likely to refer to the ass.

I've seen this one.

I'm a little busy (I'm reading about 3 or 4 books a day and studying a lot of things) by now and I think it's gonna be this way for the next two months.
