Title
Ne te tourmente pas
Text
Submitted by Francky5591
Source language: French Translated by turkishmiss

ne pleure pas que t'arrive t'il
Viens, vois la tristesse en moi
au fait que je te dise adieu
car ces adieux me révoltent

Title
Do not torture yourself
Translation
English

Translated by chrysso91
Target language: English

Do not cry because it happens
Come, see the sadness in me
I have to tell you goodbye
I hate these goodbyes

The days I pass with you
I do not separate from them again
I am very desperate, you know that
I haven’t persecuted you

Do not torture yourself, do not torture yourself
It is difficult for my heart to see you crying
Do not torture yourself, do not torture yourself
I am in love, I do love as well…

Do not torture yourself, do not torture yourself
I do not forget that there is the separation again
Do not torture yourself, do not torture yourself
I am in love, I do love as well

"une fois de plus je ne me détache pas" = "I cannot forget them again"?

Your opinion is more lyrical.

Good work, but I have some doubts with the first verse: I see a present tense in french and past tense in english and couldn't "révolte" just mean that he hates these good-byes?

Also "furious" wouldn't it be more like "desperate"?

I think you're right! I've looked it up in the dictionary and what you think is right!! Thanks for your remarks! I am sorry for the mistakes! I am new and I try hard... Thanks anyway!!!
