Before accepting a translation, check that there aren't any comments or multiple translation choices in the main translation as it would corrupt the [1]ratio between the numbers of characters by language[/1]. If needed, edit and move the comments or the less plausible translation choices into the "%s" field of the form.

%s is the name of a form field. [1] and [/1] must surround the translated text, they will be replaced by a link. Field is in the context of text box, input box for an html form.
Controleer voordat je een vertaling accepteert of er geen opmerkingen of dubbele vertaling keuzes in de hoofd vertaling voorkomen omdat het [1]de verhoudingen tussen de nummers en karakters per taal[/1] corrupt maakt. Wanneer nodig, bewerk en schuif de opmerkingen of de minder geloofwaardige vertaling keuzes in het "%s" veld of formulier.

In fact I didn't do this translation. It was done off line by aleid, directly on the language files at the very first hours of cucumis. I have an automatic tool which can transform a text in the langauge file into a cucumis text, and the author is always set to JP in that case.
Can you post the corrections? You can also ask to Chantal as she has the privileges to edit dutch translations.
Some additional final touches to the Dutch translation
numbers of characters:
nummers en karakters
aantal karakters
corrupt:
corrupt (as in 'bad behavior'!)
ongelijk (as in 'not corresponding')
Please write as one word:
vertalingskeuzes (mentioned twice in this text), hoofdvertaling
And when you are at it, would you also add some comma's, for this sentence becomes a bit hard to read without it. After:
- controleer
- accepteert
- voorkomen
For a site that wishes to do translations on expert level, the interfaces themselves should be without failures.
