Sorry, I didn't see your message (I didn't check my mails , please send me a personnal message when you want to ask me a question )
Actually, it means (I hope the English is correct):
"The one who loves (me) is worth the sacrifice of (my) life, goodbye to the one who doesn't love (me)"
Oh! Idioms are so hard to translate, but after Hazal's bridge and some explanations that Cheese gave me, I think it's better "Grandes sacrifÃcios pelos que me amam, Nada para os que não me amam"
Hi Lilian,
I thought I had already written a bridge here for the text Because we talked about it with Lizzz. I guess I was a little bit confused. Anyway...
In my opinion, the English bridge should be: Supreme sacrifice/ A laid down life (I'm not sure if it's correct in English) for the ones who loves (me), good bye for the one who doesn't love (me)".
So Hazal is right and I think too, the word "sacrifice" should be used in the translated text as well.
