Any request which is out of frame according to these submission rules must be notified to the admins and put in standby.
Комментарии для переводчика	if it were translated by experts of the target-language, I'd be glad as this way the expert would assimilate the rule while translating it. At the moment I'm just asking a translation into Turkish, but this text will be also requested into German, Arabic, Greek, Bulgarian, Dutch, Persian and Catalan. Â§10 and 11 from the page (this information is for experts and admins only) are also missing in the Russian and Ukrainian versions.
