Just a minor correction:
In the first sentence "is" should come at the end.

And the last sentence (just to avoid repeating the verb "cheat" ) could be: "If they do it, their husbands kill them".

That sounds: their husbands will kill them if they cheat on you (or on anyone).
I think the text is talking about betrayal in marriages, thus the best way to make that clear is:

"...they remain faithful till they die. They don't cheat on their husbands. If they do it, their husbands (will/would/may) kill them."

the first two sentences [ölene kadar sadık kalmalarıdır. Aldatmazlar = they remain faithful to you till they die. They don't cheat on you.] talk about their general characteristics,that is, these ones are neither about their husbands nor about their darlings. but only the last sentence talks about a specific situation; about their husbands. so ı am not sure if it is ok to change the sentences.

eğer aldatırsa kocasi onu öldürür.=If she cheats, her husband kills her. (Not prular)
