Laut den neuen Bestimmungen des Fernabsatzgesetzes wÃ¤re ich verpflichtet 2 Jahre Garantie und 14 TÃ¤giges RÃ¼ckgaberecht auf den Artikel zu geben, es sei denn, ich schlieÃŸe dies ausdrÃ¼cklich aus. Da es sich hierbei um einen Privatverkauf handelt, muÃŸ ich dies leider ausdrÃ¼cklich ausschlieÃŸen!! Also ohne Garantie und ohne RÃ¼ckgaberecht!! Die ebay-GebÃ¼hr wird vom mir als Anbieter Ã¼bernommen. Nach Eingang des Geldes geht der Artikel sofort per Post an die EmpfÃ¤ngeradresse
