" You(plural) have no concerns, Be happy.

This is not in the category "isolated words", it is an expression and it is the equivalent of the English "don't worry, be happy". Besides, the verb is there "vær". Otherwise I would have not translated it.

If you add "I har" the mean of the expression changes.

I agree with you, iepurica and it actually does seem like a translation to Danish of the English "don´t worry be happy"
