So, in this case, I think the beginning could be : This work deals with the proposal of holding a promotional plan for ParkShopping,.....public who visit the shopping center in June, as well as developing communication actions aimed at captivating costumers' loyalty and consolidating the image of the enterprise. The theoretical references,......centers, studies about the tools for marketing strategies which approach the field of events. Sorry for so many ideas, but as you said this is a first draft. Many other suggestions might come. Just wait! hehehe
