This work deals with the proposal of holding a promotional plan for ParkShopping, intending to increase the public who visit the shopping center in June, as well as developing comunication actions aimed at captivating customers' loyalty and consolidating the image of the enterprise. The theoretical references, for the elaboration of the proposal, were researches concerning shopping centers, studies about the tools for marketing strategies which approach the field of events.
