And another thing that is left untranslated, the last lines: "...the possesion and exercise(practicing) of administrator quality of...(another name of another society, I guess.). Anyway is something related to a society contract. I don't know exactly the usual paragraphs of such a document. Sorry... I did my best in explaining, maybe some other person who knows better this things can help you more.
