Hello, si le serbe utilise des diacritiques (il n'y en a aucune dans ce texte) prière de cocher l'option "meaning only"
Hello, if Serbain uses diacritics (there's none in this text), please submit it in "meaning only" mode.
Serbian or Croatian expert, could you tell me wether I need editing with the "meaning only" option for this translation request? Thanks a lot!

Well generally both croatian and serbian use diacritics, but online they are often omitted, whether because the writer of the text doesn't have the proper keyboard or the website it's on (even e-mail providers) doesn't display them. It doesn't make it harder for us to read, at least it shouldn't, and i don't think it should affect the quality of the translation at all. My opinion

What is "FORFEJ for the Internet"??? Never heard that word before... Maybe it's a typo, but it doesn't even sound familiar...

Can't complete the bridge...

Wanted to ask Barjot but I think he doesn't speak English...

Bridge:

With the reference to our conversation from the September 12th, 2007 about cancellation of my contract with you, I'm sending you this letter as an affirmation of my decision. Just to mention that this option was levied to me when I was taking "FORFEJ" for the Internet, and because of that I'm paying but not using your service. With this cancellation I would also like to stop monthly rate of 34.90e.
Thank you in advance.

this "forfej" must be "rate" in English ("forfait" in French), I think
