| | 14 فوریه 2008 15:52 |
| | hehehe, parece que sim! ;-) "dejlig" costuma se referir mais à qualidade da pessoa do que à aparência (a não ser que você esteja dizendo: "du ser dejlig ud", é claro ) |

| | For a compliment to a woman in the sense Anita points out, the most common words used are: fantástica or bárbara
Eres fantástica.
Me pareces fantástica.
In Latin American countries Eres bárbara works as well.
You can pick one. |

| | Lilian, isn´t there another way of saying "lovely" : you´re lovely (without referring to the looks) in Spanish?
I´m asking because it seems to me that fantástica would be "fantastisk" in Danish and that doesn´t really entail the same "loveliness" as the word "dejlig" does.
I could, however, be wrong! ;-) |

| | ah, what about "precisosa", maybe? Would that work? (my Spanish is totally rusty so I´m only guessing here) |

| | Anita:
Even being kind of cognates, as I can see those adjectives: fantastisk and fantástica in their use differ a little, for in Spanish, it does not have to do with the looks. It's used to mean that someone is praiseworthy either because of his/her behaviour or for being a really spirited person.
Do you get what I mean ?
On the other hand..."maravillosa" or "preciosa" implies beauty, it's not the same as in Portuguese, that we use "maravilhosa/o" for everything! |

| | OK! "Fantástica" it is, then :-) |

| | Casper?
Quieres usar fantástica, o tienes alguna otra sugestión? |

| | "Fantástica" låter bra.( )
Mais uma lÃngua para a discussão poliglota. |
