Hi Rant

A few suggestions for edits:

"There is a team which always focuses on improvement and learning. It is very important that each member of the team encourages the others in the period of improvement. Tyre production is a very hard process, thus for every step there must be experts. So everyone does his job properly and hands in another one."

I haven't really understood the last phrase of your translation, do you mean "gives a hand to the others"? (meaning helping each other).

Let me know

Hi Tantine

Thank you for your suggestions.I've edited the text again.

"Teslim etmek" refers to deliver, hand in or give a responsibility to sb. So I chose hand in but later I thought it was not appropriate. So I chose give a responsibility to sb.So it means, everyone does his job properly and give the (his) responsibility to another.

Hi Rant

If we put

"So everyone does his job correctly and hands over his responsibility to others."

would that seem to convey the idea in the Turkish text? If it is ok, can you do the edit then I will validate yout text.

Nice working with you

Yes,you are right. We can use "properly" and "correctly" here.I think both of them are true.So I've edited it again
