Dear Sir or Madam,

Dear Sir or Madam,
I got your phone number from your daughter back in 2001. I was staying at your house during the Formula 1 race and it was nice to stay there. We are coming again to watch the race. We arrive in Mogyoród on Thursday, August 2nd, at about 1 o´clock. We would need beds for 4. We go home on Sunday. If you get this message and booking is possible, we would like to book 4 beds for 3 nights for us.

Best regards,
Tero from Finland
Remarks about the translation
In the rejected English translation there was Hi and You translated, but as it´s a rather formal letter and in Hungarian this formality can clearly be felt because in Hungarian we have ´vous´, I choose to write Dear Sir and Madam. But if I´m wrong, please, drop me message and I´ll correct it.

Seems fine but "it was nice there" is something else in the original (we liked you/your place very much), could be ok this way too because it sounds fluent.
