160 g sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoon potato flour
100 g almonds
100 g walnut seeds
1 can preserved apricots
200 g apricot jam
4 dl cream
2 tablespoon sugar
1. Beat the eggs and the sugar until getting light and fluffy.
2. Grind the almonds and walnuts.
3. Sift together the potato flour and the baking powder and carefully add them to the egg/sugar mixture together with the ground almonds and walnuts.
4. Pour the mixture in a baking pan with paper in the bottom. Diametre: 23 cm.
