I'm sorry, but I think you didn't understand very well how that polling stuff works. 
After a poll is set, no more edits are allowed until the evaluation is completed. You can't keep editing your translations all the time and opening and cancelling polls many times for the same text. After all the corrections and suggestions are given by our members the edits, if they are just a few, are made. We will soon have another expert for German, so just to prevent misunderstandings, I suggest you stop setting polls for your translations and wait until this new expert is able to evaluate them, OK?
