Bide the Witch's law we must, In perfect love, in perfect trust. Eight words the Wiccan Rede fulfill: An ye harm none, do what ye will. What ye send forth comes back to thee, So ever mind the rule of three. Follow this with mind and heart, Merry meet and merry part!

I changed it a bit, but this is apparently the way the thing reads - it's all over the internet. It is written in Middle English (from the Middle Ages). I think the meaning is this:
We must follow the Witches' Law,
In perfect love, in perfect trust
The Wiccan Rede (Witches' Law) consists of eight words:
An ye harm none, do what ye will. (= If you harm no-one, you can do what you want.)??
Whatever you send out comes back to you
So always pay attention to the rule of three.
Follow this with (your) mind and heart
Come together happily and part (go apart) happily.
