Hi Pia,

The abbreviations for the measures here are a bit confusing, I daren't try making this recipe!

ea? blsp?

Beat the eggs and the sugar until being/getting light and fluffy.
Sift together the potato flour and the baking powder and carefully add them to the egg/sugar mixture together with the ground almonds and walnuts.
Put the mixture in a 23 x 23cm baking pan...

This recipe looks incomplete, what about the second group of ingredients? What will we do with them? Are they for some topping or filling?

Is this a kind of Christmas cake? You must know!

It doesn't tell how to prepare the rest of the ingredients, but Yes ...I think so too, some sort of cake, maybe a Swiss roll.

The abrev. are: ea= each, blsp= tablespoon.

Thank you for correcting Lilian, I'll edit now!

It must be a round baking pan, as the Danish text says that the diametre is 23 cm. So it can not be a 23 x 23 cm baking pan

Hi Lilian ...if you still have this translation on notification.

I just found something out and since I think that you trust my skills in baking (like I trust yours in English) I have to admit that this can probably NOT be a Swiss role anymore... (Hehe) since this was about diameter and not a square. Hm ...I guess that you already have find it out on your own, but ...as it popped up in my mind, I better write it down here.
