I believed Fioffy is a name. But I'm not sure. I've looked in many Italian dictionaries but no reference. Could be an expression or a symbol?

Yes I think "Magnus sum" is alright but isn't Fioffy an Italian nickname for some kind of body stature and one should describe that stature in Latin instead? Am I wrong?
