Yes, you can insert the initial of her name and in the remarks you may state that it refers to a female name.
For the Hebrew that is an important information.

lol actually I knew about it, just didn't use it in that msg about bridge. Anyway I can't edit it since it has already been translated. Could you please put X in appropriate places? And I've stated that she's my girl friend in the remarks.
