Well, about the Greek translation. Even if the request should be read "
ipsam rem comfirmavit hoc dictum!", what would mean that "ipsam rem" is an object and "hoc dictum" is a subject, the translation should be: "this word (nominative) consolidated the same
thing (accusative,
singular)".
But the opposite situation is also possible. If the request should be read:"
ipsa res comfirmavit hoc dictum!", "ipsa res" would be a subject and "hoc dictum" - an object and the translation would be: "This thing consolidated the word"...
It's a pity the requester doesn't care the request anymore... I can't help you more. I'm very sorry.
