Hm...you ask 'tricky' questions it realy depends on..
If you are going to do 'something',
ex: I'm going to catch the bus, that will be:
Jag kommer att... (Subject first)

If you ask as a question the verb has to be first:
kommer du ta bussen...

I know he has been asked to do the 'expert-thing', but he has said no ... that is really sad...since I think he could do a great job. But we have to accept his decision.
