Hi ny..."on the pic" was forgotten, maybe is it implicite in the Turkish version, but I think it has to be precised in the English version (same as it was in the French version).

As I know, this "you came out" form implies "on the pic/photo", but in any case in the remarks field I've written "Buddy, you look charismatic (in the photo)", so I hope it's enough!

"came out" insteed of "seem" signify that there is a movement. No movement on a photo, "you seem charismatic" remains better.
