"I miss you" -> present simple.
"Te extrañé" is a past form, so it has to be "Te extraño".

Creo que es ''te extraño Güney''... Porque el verbo ''to miss'' no está en pasado y lo está tomando como si lo estubiera, por otro lado no esta tomando en cuenta el acento si asi fuera. ''TE EXTRAÑÉ GüNEY'' sería I missed you Güney...

Si el verbo está en pasado (entonces,la versión en INGLÉS está ERRADA), lo correcto es:
"Te extrañé Güney" (con tilde, sí.)
