mama ik houd van jou, als jij hier niet was he, en ik houd ook van mijn papa en mijn lieveke, ik hoop dat jij mij rap servisch leert dat ik het niet meer moet doen langs deze website.
Mom I love you, What if you weren't here.., I also love my dad and my love, I hope that you'll teach me Serbian soon, so that I will not have to do it via this website anymore.
'als jij hier niet was he' usually needs something extra behind it. 'If you weren't here.. I would (fill in)'.
I think she tries to imply something like 'what would I do if you weren't here'.
If you have any other suggestions then please tell me . It's not always easy to translate something literally (And another problem which sort of occured is that it's in Belgian rather than in Dutch)
It sounds like she wishes she WERE here, not that she WEREN'T. It sounds like she's writing to her mom and wishes she didn't have to do that (i.e. if her mom were there with her). Is that possible?
Nope that's not what it means. I think you've gotta think of 'What should I do without you' or 'how can I live without you'. As I said it means 'If you weren't here.... (something's missing, but in Dutch that's possible)'
