you corrected it, but it is still wrong.
it's not "beeing", but "being".
However I think that the meaning is not clear.
I think it should be something like:

"the Turkish team gave a signal that they might be the Champions of the world in 2010!"

you may even use "World Champions 2010" instead, but using "might be" in the sentence means that there's a strong possibility that the team will become the champions.
