Can we put pain in plural to show that we are talking about many different 'aches and pains'?

In the original text she uses 'notre'.
It makes it sound like a bit 'advertising' to me
--> "coming to our hospital" ?
Lastly, but I am not sure:
"Due to what movements" --> "Due to which movements"
Though they haven't been previously mentioned, I think it sounds... familiar, okay.
Like in the first sentence
