I don't speak Greek, but one of my jobs here is to make sure the English of translations is gramatically and linguistically correct. After that, I will set a poll to see if others agree with your translation. Just a few suggestions for this one to make the English sound more natural:

You still look (as)young and handsome as you were.
We got old, it doesn't matter, we don't see each other, that's why there are no pictures of me.
